Job Description
JOB PURPOSE:
- This position will be directly
reporting to the Department Head.
- This role is mainly responsible for
handling the general affairs in respect of purchasing and administration
related responsibilities need to be accomplished as well.
KEY RESULTS/ACCOUNTABILITIES EXPECTED FROM THE ROLE:
- Follow the
company's rules and procedures to complete the procurement of overseas
subsidiaries; Identify purchasing requirements with overseas subsidiary
application department.
- Collect local
supplier information and determine the list of potential suppliers; Prepare
inquiry documents and make inquiries as required.
- Organize seminars
as required to clarify technical and business requirements for quotation.
- Conduct business
evaluation of local suppliers' quotations; Responsible for quotation analysis
and business negotiation; Responsible for the preparation, application, and
report of the purchasing committee.
- According to the
actual situation, prepare and send the designated notice as required; Be
responsible for the preparation, negotiation and countersigning of the contract;
Timely complete SAP purchase orders and issue suppliers.
- Be responsible
for purchasing payment review; Be responsible for the handover and filing of
procurement contracts; Complete other tasks assigned by the department leader.
- Meet cost,
productivity, accuracy, and timeliness targets.
- Maintain metrics
and analyse data to assess performance and implement improvements; Standardize
shipment document working flow.
- Develop and
allocate the third-party resource for improvement implement.
- Manage and monitor
the entire order cycle so as to enhance business development and ensure
customer satisfaction.
- Monitoring and
audit the COOP marketing investing in other GCC countries.
REQUIREMENTS:
- A minimum of 3
years’ experience in Purchasing management field.
- Bachelor’s /
Master’s Degree in Marketing or related field.
- Familiar with
marketing, knowledge service, etc.
- Rich knowledge
and experience in business, law, taxation, trade, etc.
- Good command
of purchasing negotiation and communication skills.
- Familiar with
purchasing contract management and risk control.
- Good
interpersonal and communication skills and fluent English.
- Well known SAP
is advantage.
- Master SWOT
analysis; Understand and master supplier selection and relationship management,
purchasing price analysis and cost control methods.
- Any working
experience in related GCC media buying or marketing consult will get more
evaluated.
