Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Oversee the day to day operations of the finance function
Preparation and review of management accounts on a monthly basis on an entity level
Breakeven analysis produced on a monthly basis to review cost savings
Manage the weekly commission process from revenue being issued on our CRM system, to payroll being checked and processed every Friday
Prepare and review weekly cashflow report for the FD/COO
Manage the end-to-end consolidation process on a monthly basis, including intercompany eliminations and FX adjustments postings
Ensure monthly reconciliations of all balance sheet accounts across all xero entities
Assist with the monthly payroll process including recharges to advisors, payment file preparations and processing of payments
Consistently review current processed and come up with ideas on how to ensure better efficiency
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
ACCA/ACA/CA/CIMA Qualified
