For MedNet Global UAE.As a member of Munich Re the MedNet Group is a leading Third-Party Administrator across the MEA region. We are currently seeking to hire an "Assistant – Claims", the job holder will be accountable for receiving, dispatching of medical claims and forwarding them for auditing and processing. Also monitoring the claims submission from providers and assistance in batch opening for reimbursement claims.Your Role:Receive, organize, and register Network and Reimbursement Claims to create initial records of received claims.Monitor Network Claims submission status and perform E claim submission audits.Screen and Highlight submission issues to providers and / or members in a detailed and efficient manner.Ensure that all claims received from different sources such as mail, paper, e-claims, regulatory portals are registered as a batch in the system including amount, count etc.All manual submission of claims is uploaded in the system and notified to the Claims team.Generating claims summary reports that will be used by processors and other departments.Dispatch of claims to the PICs for manual claim submissions.Send daily, weekly, and monthly processing reports to PICs for their records.Answering provider and PICs queries via phone calls and/ or emails, regarding claims processing to provide clarifications where needed.Your profile:Good spoken and written communication skills (English)Health Insurance industry / Market knowledge would be an added advantage.Ability work under strict deadlines and handle stress.Advanced Knowledge on MS Office especially in MS ExcelQuality focus and customer orientedTeamworkSpeed/Time Management.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Diploma degree.Minimum Experience:1-2 years of experience.*Munich Re not only stands for fairness with regard to its clients; it is also an equal opportunities employer.
