We also work with end-user clients, project managers and contractors to design, supply, install and configure new Audio Visual, IT, security, structured cabling and access control systems.EuroTech ME has been a leader in this field since 2008, employing over 50 top quality staff members and working for some of the top global brands.Job Description:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving growth for the company. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, sales expertise, and strong communication skills.Key Responsibilities:Drive EuroTech ME's growth and presence in the KSA.Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their goals.Collaborate with the wider teams to develop effective strategies for lead generation and client acquisition.Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline activity, and market trends.Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project implementation and client satisfaction.Travel to client sites and industry events as needed to foster relationships and represent the company.Key Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.Proven track record of success in business development of experience in a similar role.Previous experience within the technology, security & audio-visual space is beneficial but not essential.Strong sales acumen and negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals and exceed targets.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market data and develop actionable insights.Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.Fluency in Arabic & English
