Job Description

Our client is a marketing communication group with regional and local expertise in all aspects of Marketing Communications, Public Relations, Event Management, Social Media, and Public Speaking. They are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Developer to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth for their Event Business in Saudi Arabia in addition to generating new leads, qualifying prospects, and closing deals.Responsibilities:Lead Generation:Proactively identify and generate new leads through targeted networking, attending industry events, and cold calling.Leverage online resources and social media platforms to expand reach.Lead Qualification:Evaluate and qualify leads to determine their suitability for our services.Develop and maintain a strong understanding of client needs and pain points.Partnership Development:Establish strategic partnerships with other organizations or individuals to expand market reach and access new opportunities.Client Acquisition:Develop compelling presentations that showcase our value proposition.Negotiate and close deals with potential clients.Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.Provide ongoing support and address client inquiries promptly and effectively.Identify and develop opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.Operational Excellence:Manage and track KPIs related to lead generation, sales, and client satisfaction.Contribute to the development and implementation of effective sales strategies.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.Qualifications:3+ years of experience in business development, preferably in the events industry.Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and closing deals.Strong understanding of the Saudi Arabian events market and its dynamics.Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.Effective communicator with outstanding presentation and negotiation abilities.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Arabic Speaker with Fluency in English.Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
