Job DescriptionJob SummaryResponsible for the development, implementation, management, and ongoing assessment of the project or project component’s technical aspects. Supports the government at national and local levels to promote the delivery, quality, and use of public services in country. Plan for and provide technical support for addressing systems, capacity gaps and challenges identified through the needs assessment. Ensure that technical ideas, initiatives and support are being provided to necessary directorates.
