Job Title:Projects & Initiatives Sr. Specialist Key Responsibilities:Engage and collaborate with various organizational units within SWPC to develop and implement business plans and strategies aimed at increasing revenue streams.Take an active part in establishing processes and procedures related to business development and initial partnerships, ensuring the achievement of SWPC's short, medium, and long-term objectives.Participate in identifying and implementing strategies to uncover new income sources for SWPC.Engage in conducting market analysis, including trends, size, and competitive landscape, and provide strategic recommendations on local and international partnership opportunities in water management.Actively participate in evaluating opportunities for SWPC to offer administrative and advisory services to local and international parties and contribute to the implementation of efficient and effective procurement operations.Engage in monitoring and analyzing water management trends to identify opportunities and threats to advisory services and SWPC's revenue generation.Take part in forging partnerships with local and international organizations in water management, procurement, and the primary buyer model to secure multi-level support for SWPC across various sectors.Actively participate in analyzing strategic partnership opportunities, presenting pros, cons, and recommendations to executive leadership for informed decision-making.Engage in the development and implementation of marketing plans and strategies, in coordination with the corporate communication and marketing division, to support business development initiatives and revenue generation for SWPC.Take an active role in constructing and updating financial models and forecasts to thoroughly evaluate SWPC's business opportunities and support business development initiatives.Participate in creating and presenting business development strategies and progress reports to executive leadership and key stakeholders. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or any other related field. Master’s degree is preferable.Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the water sector industry.Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Experience:5+ years of relevant experience in Business development and strategic partnerships or any other related field
