Our Retail Operations department would like to welcome a detail-oriented. Middle Office Support in our office in Dubai Responsibilities Trade Support: Manage trade confirmations, reconciliations, and settlements. Supervise the day-to-day activities of custodians and other third-parties Identify and resolve trade breaks and exceptions. Ensure timely and accurate trade data entry. with custodians and brokers. Conduct investigations for any breaks and liaise with stakeholders for resolution Perform trade & account reconciliations. Participate in projects, automation and workflow enhancements Portfolio Administration: Prepare regulatory reports. Maintain accurate and up-to-date portfolio records. Oversee the portfolio reporting/ analysis covering performance metrics and benchmarks and helping implement new system improvements. Risk Management: Implement and monitor risk controls for trading activities. Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations. Support Fund Manager implementing the effective controls, periodic RCSA reviews, Control testing and annual SOP reviews Project Management: Lead process improvement initiatives. Identify and implement new technologies and systems. Develop and manage project budgets and timelines. Skills & Competencies Strong understanding of investment products, trade lifecycles, and accounting principles. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. 5+ years of experience in middle office operations for asset management. Advance MS office skills, especially excel.
