Factory Engineering Manager

FACTORY ENGINEERING MANAGEROur client, one of the largest FMCG businesses in the region and the largest most integrated dairy company in the world, is seeking for a high caliber Factory Engineering Manager for their operations in Saudi Arabia.The Factory Engineering Manager will lead the engineering function of a complex and/or automated factory and will be responsible to maintain company assets by implementing aTPM system that allows complete operational availability to all departments as and when the business requires within agreed standards, budget and provisions ensuring adequate skilled workforce, materials and management.The ideal candidate must have a strong factory engineering Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) background with Food, Dairy (preferable) or FMCG industry. He must have the drive of running an old complex factory while a major refurbishment is underway.
