At WeLearn we partner with content creators and influencers and we support them in running their businesses.We are an extremely motivated, ambitious and passionate team.We are looking for talented and driven individuals who want to join a vibrant company like no other.About The FoundersDavide Delgrossi, Founder and CEO, ex Google, CEMS and Rotterdam School of Management AlumnusDiego Beccarelli, Co-Founder and COO, ex Meta (Facebook) and Roland Berger, CEMS and London School of Economics Alumnus.What You Will DoManage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes efficiently and accurately.Prepare customized invoices when the customer is requesting itEnsure compliance with international accounting standards and regulations.Accounting/Reconciliation on the brand finance tracking fileProficient in utilizing financial platforms such as Stripe and PayPal for payment processing.Payment process monitoring for customersSupport the Finance management processes, calculations, and reportsZapier set up for new brands. Must be connected before the first sale is madeCreate monthly reports from the Kajabi platformData entry.Upload all Kajabi expenses for WelearnFB ads Monthly check (export ads info and allocate to each brand)Stripe fees (check each brand account and note the related fees)Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in compliance with company policies and procedures.Expense check - check if what is reported for the brand is the same amount as the receipt + request missing/store it in the driveUtilise Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for financial reporting.Salesforce brand account creationStripe/Salesforce brands webhooks connectionAdvanced Google Sheet and GSuite proficiencyFix and improve internal spreadsheets Required Skills And ExperienceDegree in Finance or Business AdministrationFluency in English is mandatory.Knowledge of IFRS principles and previous experience in an International companyEligible to work in the United Arab EmiratesFluency in Italian is a strong plus.Ability to work full-time and start ASAP.Strong interpersonal skills.Positive, proactive approach and problem-solving attitude.Our ideal candidate is someone with grit, drive and a strong willingness to learn, you do not get scared or demoralized by rejections from our potential partners, you keep your motivation and morale high.Our Offer And BenefitsLocation: Dubai, HybridContract: EmploymentSalary: from 6k to 7k AEDStart Time: ASAPWHY YOU MIGHT *NOT* BE EXCITED ABOUT USWe're small, so if you like more established companies, this role isn’t for you.
