Without an effective sales process, it's too easy for fitness clubs to lose money. GymLeads helps gyms to Set goals, Track progress at a club and individual level, Easily manage leads through a sales funnel, Prompt salespeople to schedule and perform follow up calls, Automates appointment reminders and confirmation with a personal touch, Detailed reporting on text message campaigns, sales performance and more About the roleThis integral role at GymLeads involves driving customer success and satisfaction within the fitness industry by spearheading client onboarding, fostering strong relationships, and ensuring optimal utilization of GymLeads software platform. The Customer Success Representative will proactively engage with clients, provide ongoing support, and identify opportunities for product enhancement or additional services to meet evolving customer needs. Collaborating closely with internal teams, the role will optimize customer experience and retention strategies while offering opportunities for career growth within the organization.What you'll doIgniting/reconnecting with closed and dormant leads on our databaseSoftware, product and service demonstrations of all Quickpay software and productsMeeting and exceeding KPI’s and targetsLiaising with Software PartnersPrepare Prospect ProposalsPrepare Partnership ProposalsMonitor and evaluate Industry TrendsNetworking and partnershipsThe above list is not exhaustive and the role may change to meet the overall objectives of the companyOther DutiesOnboarding assistance may be requiredParticipating in Team TrainingQualificationsBusiness Development and Business Operational related qualifications is highly regardedExperienceFive years’ minimum experience in similar roleKnowledgeSales Processes and methodology highly regardedSkills & competenciesCustomer service focused: committed to providing exceptional customer service across all channels – written, phone and face to face.Communication: the ability to communicate clearly and concisely, varying communication style depending upon the audience.Attention to detail: excellent attention to detail and written skills when communicating with others, both internally and externally.Commerciality: ability to apply knowledge in a practical, commercial manner.Teamwork: willingness to assist and support others as required and get on with team members.Time management/: accomplish objectives effectively within the time frame given, and carry out administrative duties within the portfolio in an efficient and timely manner.
