Job Description
Position: Call Center AgentCandidate must have own sponsored VisaJob responsibilities:Answer calls, address inquiries, and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.Provide accurate information about products, services, promotions, and company policies.Assist customers with orders, payments, and complaints.Follow-up with relevant stakeholders & close loop customer issues on a timely basis.Document all call information according to defined operating proceduresEscalate complex issues to supervisors.Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.Adhere to call center metrics and targets.Qualifications:Good written & Spoken skills in English & Arabic.Minimum 1 year of call centre experience, preferably in the service industry.Matured enough to work with less/no supervision & ensuring all tasks are performed as per the timeline.
