Senior Supervisor - Bulk Sales

Oversee bulk sales activities of parts in order to promote product sales, achieve sales targets, turnover, profit, market share growth and customer satisfaction index.1. Oversee preparation of pre shipment advice for the customer back order goods based on the ETA and sending to customers.2. Review Letter of Credit complying with the terms and condition and forward to Manager for the submission to the bank.3. Raise Credit approval prior to shipment and follow up with Finance.4. Review and submit the draft Bill of Lading to shipping company upon checking the loading report submitted by Warehouse.5. Oversee preparation of invoices in English and Arabic for customers and customs.6. Follow up on the status of pending payments with Finance and update transport companies, shipping companies and BUREAU VERITAS.7. Execute and sign the export bank LC documents and ensure that everything is in order as an Authorized Signatory on behalf of National Eastern Import & Export Company W.L.L as and when required.8. Participate with Manager in developing the existing customer base and in the development of an appropriate marketing plan in order to achieve the set targets.9. Participate with the Manager in implementing the Customer Relationship Management Strategy in Bulk Sales as directed by the Business Director to obtain competitive advantage in the area of business.10. Maintain and update records of customer credit exposure for a new order placement and for shipment on daily basis to the customers without hindering Bulk operations. 11. Evaluate and comply with the customs laws and advice the customer on the impact of local shipping/customs requirements before commencing the customer order. 12.Identify areas for improvement and recommend kaizen ideas or suggestions to Manager.13. Maintain and build effective business relationships with key personnel in various departments and with clients to ensure smooth running of day to day operations.
