By leveraging deep analytical insights, operational excellence strategies, and effective team leadership, the Senior Operations Analyst will spearhead initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency, productivity, and overall performance.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and execute operation improvement projects across multiple business units, ensuring alignment with Snoonu's strategic goals.Utilize advanced analytical tools and methodologies to identify improvement opportunities, forecast outcomes, and measure performance metrics.Develop and maintain complex data models in Excel, and utilize programming languages (preferably Python) to extract and manipulate data from the Data Warehouse (DWH) for insightful analysis.Collaborate with team leaders and stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement week-by-week improvement actions to achieve set objectives.Mentor and manage a team of 2 analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence.Present findings and recommendations to senior management, driving informed decision-making processes.Stay abreast of industry trends, technologies, and best practices in operations analysis and operational excellence.QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Analytics, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations analysis, with a proven track record of leading operational improvements in a fast-paced environment.Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with programming languages (Python preferred) for data analysis.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.Excellent leadership and team management abilities.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to work effectively across different teams and stakeholders.Result-driven with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
