Conduct due diligence. Ideally dispute resolution experience.Key Responsibilities:Corporate: transactional understanding. Assisting in negotiating, drafting and reviewing various corporate agreements, including M&A, joint venture agreements, licensing agreements, MOU, NDA etc. Be able to conduct due diligence and legal research.Commercial: be able to draft, review and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, including sales of goods, distribution agreements, services agreements. Be able to conduct legal research on commercial issues that apply to the industry and stay up to date with commercial and regulatory changes applicable to Saudi Arabia.Day-to-day legal matters, regulatory compliance, employment, intellectual property etc.Dispute resolution: litigation Skills, Knowledge And ExpertiseEducational qualifications:Bachelor's degree in law, Master degree is preferred.Experience:3-5 years experienceIn depth knowledge of corporate law, excellent drafting skills, legal research ability, knowledge of commercial contracts and general standard business acumen, ideally dispute resolution experience, fluent English and Arabic speaker.
