About the Job: We are seeking a Senior Data Analytics and Insights Analyst to join our team in the Food & Beverages industry. As a Senior Data Analytics and Insights Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving data-driven strategies and decision-making within our organization. You will be responsible for analyzing large sets of data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that will help us optimize our operations, uncover new business opportunities, and enhance the overall customer experience. This is a dynamic role that requires strong analytical skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to effectively communicate complex findings to various stakeholders.Key Accountabilities Lead Segmented Execution, Demand Forecasting and Post Promo advanced analytics deployment & value delivery of the use cases core features.Design, lead development and deploy the new features of Segmented execution.Partner with Commercial managers, Regional Marketing managers, Regional General Sales managers, Promo Manager, Promo Executives to identify and ensure adaptation of regional specifics.Deliver outlets segmentation based on external data sources and drive changes in execution strategy and resources allocation.SPOC for Regional teams and Data Scientists for related use-cases.Structure and identify the key business problems that data and analytics can help solve. Develop and own project plans for related use case deployment.Assure adoption of capability into regular process Build value models, track performance proposes on-going correct active actions if needed.Responsible for data inventory and data management processesDevelop and own Power BI reporting & Dashboarding. Identify opportunities to improve model prediction for accuracy improvement.Are these your secret ingredients: Bachelor's degree in Business or any related field.English B2+3+ years’ experience in Business Analyst or Product Management MS Office – deep knowledge incl excel power functions: pivot/query.Power BI experienced user or significant experience in other data visualization platformGood knowledge in Python is a plus.Strong project management and accountabilityStrong leadership presenceData processing agilityExcellent ability to communicate effectively at all levels including Executive team.Ability to learn new things, especially about new technology developments.
