Small businesses can now send salaries, reimbursements and instantly pay their suppliers on any mobile wallet in Egypt.What you’ll be doing Qualifying all new leads generated from different channels Generating reports showing the leads quality and conversions across all channels Analyzing the effectiveness of all channels for better lead conversion Communicating with the marketing team for sharing the campaign results and the effectiveness of each sales campaign Collaborating with the sales and partnerships team to understand the customer requirements and provide the necessary support to during the sales process Following up on internal SLAs to achieve a smooth customer onboarding experienceRequirements 1-2 years experience in sales, customer support or a related field is usually requiredExperience in presales or technical sales role is highly beneficial Ability to use Microsoft OfficeExperience in CRM is a plusYou are eager to learn and grow in a very dynamic environment You are very active listener with the ability to understand the customer requirements You are asking questions to understand the customer business, operations, and pain points Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary to effectively convey information and engage with customer Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner Building relationships with customers and internal stockholders in key to success in the roleMust be able to understand customer challenges and propose solutions that address their specific needsAbility to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadline is important in fast-paced sales environmentPerks of working @ AxisCompetitive Base Salary and Transportation allowanceLimitless commission schemeMedical and Life InsuranceCompetitive leave policy including Paternity and Maternity leaves.Marriage leave policy.Greek Campus Gym Subscription
