Your primary focus will be on maximizing subscriber growth, minimizing churn, and implementing targeted campaigns to drive engagement and revenue.What will you do? Customer Database Management & Segmentation: ensure the accuracy of our database information and segment the customer base according to demographics, behavior, and preferences for targeted marketing initiatives.Insider Website & CRM Automated Journeys: collaborate with internal teams to develop execute automated journeys within CRM systems to enhance customer experience. Monitor and optimize Insider website for better user engagement and conversion rates.CRO (On-site Experiments): conduct on-site experiments to optimize conversion rates and user experience, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies accordingly.Implement WhatsApp Business initiatives to enhance customer communication and support, configuring WhatsApp bots for automated responses and assistance.Subscriber Growth & Churn Management: strategize and execute plans to grow opt-in customer lists across email, WhatsApp/SMS, and push notifications, as well as churn rate monitoring and improving customer retention.Ad Hoc Campaign Executions: plan and execute ad hoc campaigns across the different channels, monitoring the performance and adjusting them for optimal results.Cross-Selling/Upsell Aftercare Products: identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling aftercare products to existing customers, maximizing revenue from the existing customer base.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.Proven experience in customer lifecycle management, CRM systems, and database management.Proficiency in utilizing WhatsApp Business, CRM automation tools, and analytics platforms.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations.SQL proficiency Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Prior experience in e-commerce or digital marketing is a plus.BenefitsHealth insuranceLife insurancePreferential price for retail cars upon completion of probation period22 working days of holidaysFlexible work environment: At KAVAK, we value your well-being.
