This position requires a seasoned financial professional with a deep understanding of esports dynamics, financial planning, and strategic decision-making. The Senior Finance Manager will play a critical role in shaping the financial future of the esports organization, ensuring sustainable growth, and optimizing financial performance.Duties and ResponsibilitiesFinancial Strategy:Develop and implement the financial strategy in alignment with the overall business objectives and growth plans of the esports organization.Provide strategic financial guidance to senior leadership to support decision-making and achieve long-term financial goalsFinancial Planning and AnalysisLead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling processes, collaborating with department heads to ensure accuracy and alignment with organizational goalsConduct comprehensive financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunitiesInvestment AnalysisEvaluate potential investment opportunities, partnerships, and strategic initiatives within the esports industryProvide financial insights and recommendations for capital allocation and resource optimizationRisk ManagementIdentify and assess financial risks, implementing strategies to mitigate exposureDevelop and maintain effective risk management processes and policiesFinancial ReportingOversee the preparation and presentation of financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirementsProvide transparent and accurate reporting to internal and external stakeholdersCash Flow ManagementOptimize cash flow by managing working capital, monitoring receivables and payables, and implementing efficient treasury management practicesDevelop and maintain cash flow forecasting modelsStakeholder Communication/ Partner With OthersCommunicate financial results, strategies, and insights to senior management, relevant departments, and other key stakeholders within EWCWork closely with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and objectivesCommunicate procurement policies, procedures, and best practices to relevant departments within the organizationEducation And ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or relevant Master’s degree preferredMinimum of 7-10 years of experience in finance roles, with at least 3-5 years in a senior management position.
