Our success and sustainability are only made possible by continuing to develop our assets and technology through innovation and collaboration, and importantly through the development and diversity of our people who every day ‘Make Incredible things Happen’ At Subsea7.Description Of RoleBased in Abu Qir the Logistics administrative controller has the responsibility to create Work order, update and maintain all records in a defined format to facilitate the movement of personnel, marine fleet, equipment, and materials in support of project SOW as requested by the Project / Service requester.Logistics administrative controller is responsible for the implementation of Subsea7 processes related to logistics WO/call off while being knowledgeable and accountable for the specifics of the project WO process.The Logistics administrative controller reports to the Project Operations manager. The function is embedded in Egypt.Key Responsibilities & ActivitiesCreate, update, and follow all Work order to ensure that necessary Service Orders are raised for the various transportation, Agency and other 3rd party services and approved.Review Agent invoices relating to all logistics services and ensure correctness, verified by the end user and is in line with Work order and purchase order / frame agreements and create service entry sheet (SES) for approval of budget holder.Prepare and Provide approved Work order to Respective Logistics Service Agencies.Check and Control work order to avoid any double issuance to Logistics Agencies.Maintain, update work order database of work order Master File on project basis.Control Invoice Approval for Logistics Agencies.Keep track of invoices / payment progress of Logistics Agencies.Provision of any necessary support towards logistics activities to the line manager.Necessary support to ad-hoc request/assistance as required by Project / function.Issue and update Purchase request to support Operations and Logistics as requested.Be responsible for the work order process to ensure that the same is being performed according to the flow chart.Ability to set up and manage electronic filing systems and maintaining record of documentsPerform any other Logistics related works assigned by line manager.Key Qualifications/ExperienceGraduate / Diploma holder or equivalentMinimum 3 years of similar operational logistics work experienceProficient with computer operations with Intermediate knowledge SAP Microsoft productsAbility to perform well under pressure with tight deadlineAbility to react to and support operations activity.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and able to relate with cross cultural management environment.Flexible with regards to ad hoc travelAble to work independently in remote locationsOUR OFFERWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
