They are currently seeking a Social Media Engagement Specialist with a flair for copywriting and a proven track record in social media engagement.This vital role involves engaging with online communities, particularly through Facebook groups and Reddit forums, and using strategic content creation to generate leads organically. The ideal candidate will be a fluent English speaker skilled in creating compelling content that resonates with diverse audiences, driving engagement, and leading the charge in community-based lead generation.Location: Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM ESTKey Responsibilities:Social Media Engagement: Drive engagement by managing Facebook groups and posting on relevant SubReddit forums, Instagram, and Pinterest. Content Creation: Utilize copywriting skills to craft engaging posts and mass outbound emails that resonate with the target audience. Lead Generation: Focus on generating leads from organic/community posts as the main KPI. Community Research: Conduct rigorous research and identify opportunities for engagement in online communities. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies for community engagement, ensuring alignment with the organization's mission and goals. What Success Looks Like:Increased Engagement: Higher interaction rates within online communities, leading to a strengthened online presence. Lead Generation: Significant growth in leads generated through organic and community-based efforts. This is the primary KPI. Strategic Impact: A marked contribution to the organization's mission through innovative community engagement strategies. Qualifications:2+ years of experience in social media community engagement. Fluent English speaker with exemplary written communication skills. Proven track record of managing Facebook groups and engaging in social media platforms. Direct experience in lead generation through organic and community posts. Ability to perform competitor research and adapt strategies based on insights.
