Senior Commercial Director

An executive recruiter is looking for a Senior Commercial Director to join an award-winning and established developer specializing in high-luxury projects globally. This position will see the successful person based in Dubai but dealing with both local and international projects – therefore, international travel to projects on-site will be required.The successful Senior Commercial Director will be offered:Yearly bonuses.Working or family visa.Top healthcare cover.Assistance and help with relocation costs and arrangements including flights to Dubai (should you currently be located outside of the UAE).RequirementsUAE experience is essential.Main contractor or developer background.Strategic communicator, possessing influencing and negotiation skills.Experience in both pre and post contract.Experience in leading or directing major and complex projects driving success through genuine strategic insight.Knowledge and experience working on residential, commercial or hospitality projects.Qualifications RequiredHNC, HND or Degree qualified in a Quantity Surveying / Cost Management, Construction Law, or similar / relevant discipline, or in some case applicants with an alternative background (e.g.: Engineering) may be considered.Professional qualifications and/or membership of the RICS, CIOB, CICES, CIPS or other relevant Chartered Institute would be ideal.#OTHER#OTHER
