You will need great communication skills and the ability to forge strong relationships.Skills & Qualifications:Minimum of 6-10 years of relevant experience, ideally with a top-tier strategy consulting firm (or other similar organizations)Knowledge within banking (retail banking, corporate banking and/or wealth & asset management), Insurance, additional experience within digital, technology operations, risk topics & analytics across financial services beneficialStrong background in strategic problem solving with demonstrable analytical skillsOutstanding written and verbal communication skills in both formal and informal settingsExcellent team and social skillsUndergraduate or advanced degree from a top academic programWillingness to travelFluency in English
