Product Design Lead is a critical role responsible for developing innovative new concepts, generating UX designs at multiple levels of fidelity, mentoring and guiding junior designers and working with a dynamic cross-functional team of user researchers, software architects, product managers and developers to implement and deliver on the digital user experience initiatives at ROSHN. This individual will provide UX thought-leadership, coaching, mentorship, and guidance within the team and across the business.
