Department: EngineeringEmployment Type: Full TimeLocation: SudairDescriptionOrganizing all HVAC, boilers, compressed air and air-conditioning networks, steam networks, maintenance schedules and assignments.Performing the preventive and corrective measures on all Saudi-Bio machinery and equipment to assure safety and compliance with GMP rules.Ensuring smooth maintenance activities, reviewing equipment state and operational condition to minimize unplanned downtime and identify opportunities of improvement.Maintaining production machines and accordingly recommending improvement or replacement.Maintaining, repair, and re-installation of equipment while ensuring that all safety procedures are followed properly.Supervising and reviewing contractors work while ensuring conformance to approved plans and specifications.Check all blueprints of field of work and assist in the design and specifications of planned installations.Ensuring the completion of projects according to contract specifications, drawings, and technical requisitions in an efficient and timely manner.Ensuring that all equipment systems are installed according to set specifications and in compliance with quality, safety, and energy management standards.Coordinating with purchasing on ordering spare parts from suppliers, vendorsChecking plants' ventilation and humidity control systems periodically and scheduling any necessary maintenance.Opening change control according to validation department requirements and following up.Preparing periodic reports with respect to the utility function's activities and achievements to be submitted to the direct manager.Preparation and review of SOPsMonitoring the temperature, humidity & differential pressure through the building management system (BMS).Create and review technical drawings, plans, and specifications.Skills, Knowledge And ExpertiseBachelor's degree in mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering.Minimum 5 Year in Pharmaceutical industry.Experience using CAD software such as AutoCAD.
