As a Technical Support Engineer you will own, troubleshoot and solve customer technical issues. Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.QualificationsRequired for Exchange Multi-year technical support, technical consulting experience, or information technology experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), or related field AND multi-year technical support, technical consulting experience, or information technology experience Deep understanding in Exchange Server (2016 & 2019) and Exchange Online architecture, migration and troubleshooting. Experience with Windows Server 2012 and 2016, as well as Active Directory and DNS. Troubleshooting skills with Exchange Transport, Client Access, Devices syncing and Disaster Recovery scenariosAdditional Or Preferred Qualifications O365 Security and Compliance related technologies (eDiscovery, DLP, ATP, OCAS, etc.) Microsoft Office applications and Outlook 2010, 2013, 2016 Windows Server concepts and administration (Active Directory, Group Policy Management, Networking) and Networking (HTTP, DNS, TCP, IP) Outlook for iOS, Outlook for Android, and Outlook for MacLanguage QualificationEnglish Language: fluent in reading, writing and speaking.Microsoft is an equal opportunity employer.
