Roles and responsibilities:Achieve sales goals and targets for assigned Sector Quarterly basis.Makes sure clients receive requested Solutions and Services in a timely fashionExecute Sales Plan.Working with Internal Team to deliver proper solutions.Service multiple clients concurrently.Forecasts and tracks client account metrics.Ongoing account management to ensure customer satisfaction.Working and response to RFQ, RFP & RFI.Cross Selling for Assigned exiting accounts.Maintain strong relationship with clients and ensures success.requirements:Bachelor's Degree in IT or relevant field.2+ years of experience as an Account Manager in the IT field.Strong IT background.Skills:Convincing & Negotiation skills.Excellent communication skills in Arabic & English.Ability to achieve excellent performance in individual and team environments.
