Job Description

GovCIO is currently hiring for Project Manager to provide program and operational management services to manage contract operations support functions in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia . This position will be located in Jubail, KSA and will be an onsite position.ResponsibilitiesThe Site Manager will support the RSNF ESS Operations Manager and a team of approximately 120 personnel in various locations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).Provide program and operational management services to manage contract operations support functions in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as the site lead at Jeddah or Jubail.Organize, direct, and manage contract operation support functions involving multiple, complex, and interrelated project tasks.Manage teams of contract support personnel at your specific in-country location.Meet with NETSAFA, RSNF, and contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverable items to ensure conformance with program task schedules and costs and provide administrative and logistical support for contract support personnel. Creating a comprehensive project plan that outlines the tasks, timelines, and resources required (e.g., Developing project schedules, setting milestones, and tracking progress against timelines). Team Management: Assign tasks, set clear expectations, and monitor team performance by formally observing all employees. Provide individual support, ensuring the well-being of individuals involved in the project by providing support and resources as needed. This may include addressing their concerns, providing guidance, and assisting with personal or emotional challenges. Resolve conflicts or disputes that may arise between individuals or between individuals and other stakeholders. Mediate and facilitate communication to find mutually agreeable solutions while considering the well-being and rights of all parties involved. Communicate effectively with project stakeholders to inform them about progress, risks, and changes. Identify potential risks presented throughout the project and develop mitigation strategies. Maintain all work site administration records and base passes. Manage project resources such as human resources, GFE equipment, and materials. Generate regular progress reports, status updates, and other project documentation and maintain comprehensive project records, including project plans, meeting minutes, and relevant correspondence. Manage housing accommodation for individuals and their families within the project. This includes locating and coordinating housing arrangements for all employees, ensuring the availability of suitable and safe living spaces, and addressing any maintenance or logistical issues related to housing throughout the housing contract. Manage company vehicle distribution and allocation amongst all employees and maintain all service upkeep for each automobile. Ensure policy compliance with relevant policies, regulations, and ethical guidelines regarding individuals' well-being, housing accommodations, and advocacy. Maintain accurate records and documentation of individuals' well-being, housing arrangements, and advocacy efforts. This includes tracking individual progress, support services provided, and any relevant incidents or concerns that need to be addressed. Oversee worksite employees’ rights, needs, and interests. QualificationsMaster’s degree in management, Business, Engineering or Education and eight (8) years of combined experience in Government and/or industry personnel or Program management related to assigned functional task. OR a bachelor’s degree in management, Business, Engineering or Education and 12 years of combined experience in Government and/or industry management related to assigned functional task. The total compensation package for this position may also include other compensation elements, to be discussed during the hiring process. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the GovCIO reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, GovCIO or individual department/team performance, and market factors. Posted Salary Range USD $85,000.00 - USD $89,500.00 /Yr.
