Job Description

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Learning Platform Executive to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The Learning Platform Executive will play a pivotal role in supporting the operation and optimization of our learning platform, ensuring a seamless experience for learners and contributing to the success of our educational initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Assist in the day-to-day management and maintenance of our learning platform, including course enrollment, user accounts, and technical support.Collaborate with the content development team to upload and organize course materials, ensuring accuracy and consistency.Monitor learner activity and engagement on the platform, tracking key metrics and providing regular reports to stakeholders.Respond to learner inquiries and provide technical support, troubleshooting issues and escalating as needed to ensure a positive user experience.Support the implementation of new features and enhancements on the learning platform, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful rollout.Assist in the creation and optimization of course listings and promotional materials, contributing to the marketing and sales efforts.Conduct regular quality assurance checks to ensure the integrity and functionality of the learning platform, identifying and resolving any issues promptly.Curate and review course content to ensure relevance, accuracy, and alignment with learning objectives.Coordinate with subject matter experts, coaches, and instructors to develop and deliver high-quality learning materials and experiences.Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in online learning and educational technology, making recommendations for continuous improvement.Assist in the coordination of virtual events, webinars, and other educational initiatives hosted on the platform, ensuring smooth execution and participant engagement.Provide administrative support as needed, including scheduling meetings, organizing documentation, and managing communication with internal and external stakeholders.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, education, or a related field.1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the education or technology sector.Strong technical aptitude and proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) or similar platforms.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with learners, colleagues, and partners.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities, able to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.Proactive and adaptable, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.Personal Attributes:‘Can do’ attitude and a high level of energyAble to work under pressureAdaptable to changeSense of humour
