Job Description

Job PurposeTo participate in the study and improvement of maintenance activities in the Maintenance department.To participate Maintenance Handover unit including document control, asset management system, Continuous improvement & Project.Responsibilities/DutiesProfil de candidat recherché : To realise Improvement in the Maintenance Department. To support the Handover Manager in these goals. To exchange with Maintenance Department and all Department. To assess & improve internal document (e.g. procedures, work instructions etc.) within Maintenance Division. To implement 5S and lean manufacturing standard. To review and continuously improve the Maintenance Plan and Manuals. To analyze the Maintenance data. To audit the Maintenance, Operation & Customer Service activities and write the reports. To ensure all environmental and safety rules are respected and alert Executive Maintenance of any environmental and safety issue. To undertake any other duties as assigned. To handover all new stations in Line 3 and LRT, new buildings and workshops. To participate to the Defect Notification Period. To follow-up the de-snagging raised during the T&C and TTR period. To follow-up the Warranty period with NAT Subcontractors. To participate of the Final Tacking Over with NAT & NAT Subcontractors after the end of the Warranty period. To participate of the renovation of Station in old phases. To participate of the T&C performed by NAT Subcontractors. To realize the report of the T&C. To participate to the TTR performed by RDMC.To realize the report of TTR period.Qualifications Master’s degree (Mechanical / Electrical Engineering).Knowledge General technical knowledge. Lean manufacturing. Team Management. Railway knowledge. EAM such Maximo.Experience At least 10 years’ relevant experience in Railway industry. Spent at minimum 10 years in the maintenance environment and project. Have an experience in the change management culture. Have an experience in the improvement methods and quality. DESIRED BEHAVIORS Railway systems expert. Management skills. Ability to communicate with staff of all levels. Ability to supervise and control. Possess analytical and critical ability. Possess leadership quality. Negotiation and decision-making ability. Innovative, creative and strategic thinking. Possess self-drive and enthusiasm. Problem solving ability. English - fluent in speaking, reading and Arabic will be nice.
