We partner with you to Discover Your Calling, unlocking your true potential to excel in your career.Together, we push the boundaries, discover the uncharted and bring hospitality to new heights.YOUR IMPACT IN THIS ROLE:Manage HVAC Systems: Manage and oversee the operation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems throughout the hotel property, ensuring optimal performance, energy efficiency, and guest comfort.Lead Preventive Maintenance Programs: Lead preventive maintenance programs for HVAC equipment, conducting regular inspections, servicing, and calibration to proactively identify and address potential issues before they escalate.Troubleshoot and Resolve HVAC Issues: Troubleshoot and resolve HVAC issues promptly and effectively, coordinating with technicians and external contractors as needed to minimize downtime and guest disruption.Ensure Compliance with Regulations: Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety standards related to HVAC systems, maintaining accurate records and documentation to support compliance efforts.
