Job Description

THE POSITION We are looking for a Product Lifecycle Specialist to join our Supply Chain team, based in Dubai. This position will proactively manage and coordinate the SKU life cycle starting from launch, change to withdrawal, planning complex Launch and Change activities for all layout code/presentations and supporting overall processes through successful management of communication and collaboration with all involved stakeholders including local/regional functions of supply chain, finance, regulatory etc. as well as the overall business. Tasks & Responsibilities: Manage and optimize the SKU portfolio while maintaining cross-functional alignment with relevant stakeholders to create clear action plans Liaise closely with relevant functions align on launches and change timelines and ensure implementation and timely availability of SKUs in the system Monitor and maintain single/multi-country SKU portfolio to ensure data remains up-to-date Support in developing an efficient and robust approach to document product review/S&OP meetings to ensure transparency and alignment is maintained cross-functionally for all product portfolio related topics including launch, change, withdrawal, site transfer and consolidation of SKUs Coordinate and manage SKU processes through related systems to ensure all system workflows are started and monitored in a timely manner Ensure all deadlines and tasks are carried out in adherence to global process standards and initiative is taken to build on process improvements Ensures all launch and change relevant processes documented and is maintained to remain up-to-date Manage and develop a strong network with internal stakeholders through continuous and efficient communication and collaboration cross-functionally Provide support in the preparation of reports/analytics to provide SKU Gap Analysis on a regular basis Align with necessary stakeholders artwork, launch, change and ongoing version implementation timelines in systems for smooth introductions and supply transitions Initiates, drives and leads continuous process improvement initiatives in Product Lifecycle management and planning Requirements: Bachelors degree or equivalent, MSc / MBA of advantage 3 to 5 years' experience working within role in Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Logistics, Regulatory or Commercial Experience working in a multinational environment in the life-science industry System knowledge and experience in SAP, Advanced Excel & analytics Certification in APICS is preferred Proficiency in English, in its written and oral form is a must Effective communication with ability to build and maintain relationships Analytical skills and strategic thinking Capable of organizing, planning, and prioritizing workload What’s Next?
