Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities: Continuously standardising and optimising processes and organisational structures and initiating corresponding measures. Contributing ideas and implementing the digital transformation in the area of responsibility. Coordinating and implementing digitization projects in cooperation with the interfaces. Optimizing and mapping new and existing business processes in the digital databases and systems. Plan human, material and financial resources. Adherence to the approved budget and initiation of appropriate measures in the event of threatened and identified deviations in coordination with the manager. Review and comply with legal requirements and internal regulations, initiate appropriate action. Ensuring proper support in range planning and the definition of prices and conditions in collaboration with Sales and Pricing. Ensuring that customer complaints are processed properly and on time in collaboration with Notification Management and the colleagues responsible in Sales. Ensuring that internal and external customer visits are organised and supported in consultation with the divisions involved. Ensuring that quotations are prepared quickly in collaboration with Pricing and on the basis of agreed minimum order quantities, bulk prices, extra packaging charges, payment and delivery conditions etc. Implementing and realizing the regional customer service strategy. Implementing the best possible structure for customer master data and ensuring that customer master data is continuously updated. Ensuring that orders are entered and confirmed in the system once availability checks and order processing have been carried out. Ensuring that samples are processed on time, taking into account the throughput and delivery times, optimum number of samples and costs, in collaboration with the colleagues responsible in Sales. Ensuring regular customer-specific monitoring of contracts, prices, order quantities, batch sizes, delivery packaging and payment and delivery conditions and the creation of corresponding regional evaluations.Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain or a relevant discipline 5-7 years of experience as Customer Service, Sales Support, Inside Sales Preferably manufacturing background SAP experience is a must Strong Leadership skills Fluent in English is a must
