OverviewThe OpportunityThe Senior Product Manager oversees a team of product specialists, ensuring a deep understanding of the product and its features. They play a key role in product training, development, and support, aiming to enhance the team's expertise and product knowledge. Additionally, they collaborate with other departments to align strategies and contribute to the overall success of the product.Core42 is the UAE’s national-scale enabler for cloud and generative AI, combining G42 Group’s expertise across multiple technology disciplines into a single platform for public sector and large enterprise transformations. Building on our capabilities as sovereign cloud and HPC specialist, we bring generative AI, cybersecurity, professional and managed services expertise to enable national-scale program deployments across industries.Objectives of this roleDevelop and maintain a highly knowledgeable and skilled team of product specialists through continuous training and development programs.Ensure that the team has a deep understanding of the product's features, functionalities, and benefits to effectively communicate and support customers.Drive the team to provide exceptional customer support by promptly addressing product-related inquiries, issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.Foster collaboration with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to align strategies and ensure cohesive efforts towards promoting and improving the product.Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the team's productivity, customer satisfaction, and overall contribution to the success of the product.ResponsibilitiesProvide effective leadership to a team of product specialists, guiding and motivating them to achieve individual and collective goals.Design and implement training programs to enhance the team's product knowledge, ensuring they stay informed about updates, features, and industry trends.Oversee the team's interactions with customers, ensuring prompt and accurate responses to inquiries, providing product demonstrations, and addressing any concerns.Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to align strategies, share insights, and contribute to the overall success of the product in the market.Establish and monitor performance metrics, conducting regular assessments to evaluate the team's effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous enhancement.Act as a liaison between customers and the product development team, conveying valuable insights and feedback to contribute to product improvement and innovation.QualificationsTo qualify for the role you must have8 or more years of selling experience in HPC (High-Performance Computing) solution,Data Enablement,AI Model Factory,Cognitive Services,Fine-Tunning & AI Platforms)Experience In-depth understanding of the AI and HPC industry and market in which the product operates.Ability to grasp complex technical details and translate them into customer solutions.Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plansExceptional skills in leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizationExperience in managing stakeholdersWorking knowledge of digital marketingOutstanding knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processesIdeally, you’ll also haveBachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, machine learning or a related field. Advanced degrees like an MBA can be beneficial but not always requiredStrong understanding of AI and HPC technologies, including hardware (like GPUs, CPUs, and networking) and software (like machine learning frameworks, parallel computing, and data management solutions).Knowledge of current trends in AI and HPC, including emerging technologies and industry applications..Strong working knowledge of Salesforce CRM softwareExperience in proposal writingWhat We Look ForIf you are a performance-driven, inquisitive mind with the agility to adapt to ambiguity, you will fit right in.
