We empower our customer to focus on its missions, confident that its land-based platforms and systems, warfighters and other personnel are in optimal condition to operate at peak performance.Key Responsibilities:Responsible for the immediate leadership, guidance and supervision for all assigned Workshop employees.Plan and oversee the execution of all maintenance activities within the Workshop, with particular emphasis in the automobile industry.Ensure that all maintenance inspections, servicing, rebuilds, overhauls and repairs are accomplished in accordance with all technical manuals, KPIs and OEM specifications.Develop, implement, revise and enforce all maintenance directives within the Workshop.Develop, implement, revise and enforce all quality directives as part of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System program.Oversee, monitor and review final inspections performed at the conclusion of maintenance to ensure a quality vehicle, assembly or subassembly is provided to the customer.Review, prioritize and execute Preventive Maintenance (PM) in accordance with SAP PM orders.Review, approve and/or reject all “Waiting Manager Approval” maintenance orders within SAP.Change the status from “Awaiting Spares” to “In-Progress Awaiting Spares” in SAP when applicable.Approve or reject all additional maintenance tasks within SAP.Monitor and update all daily and weekly reports within SAP.Oversee the storage and disposal of all hazardous materials in accordance with all environmental directives and host country regulations.Ensure compliance with all safety, housekeeping and environmental directives.Ensure all issued tools, test equipment and high-value property is maintained in a serviceable condition, routinely inventoried and safeguarded.Ensure that all maintenance related documentation is completed in accordance with all maintenance directives.Ensure that all residual spare parts are returned to the Main Store in a timely manner.Ensure that all unserviceable “direct exchange” assemblies, subassemblies and components are returned to the Repairable Store in a timely manner.Review the job performance and training of all Workshop employees to ensure the successful and effective accomplishment of all required tasks.Recommend and provide additional training when determined necessary.Maintain the confidentiality and security of all company information.Perform other duties as required by the Associate Director, Maintenance.Experience and Education:Bachelor degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering required, Master degree preferred, or Equivalent years of Experiences in the same fieldA minimum of six to eight years of experience supervising, managing, and/or directing light and heavy tracked and/or wheeled vehicle maintenance is preferred.Previous military experience or automotive industry management experience is an advantage.Key Skills:Knowledge in the use of Microsoft Office software and SAP is required.Knowledge in maintenance, overhaul and repair of automobiles Must have 3-4 years' experience in managing a team. #ALTAIF
