Anti-Doping LabWe request you to submit your most competitive quotation for the Service listed below.Service Specification & DescriptionHiring of an external IT consultant to help and assist in the Data Storage issue.Scope of WorkThe consultant will analyze the current systems (VMware, VSAN, Dell Data Domain, and Avamar backup solution) and the data storage process at the LAB for compliance with WADA requirements.Assess the current data backup and recovery processes.Analyze the data backup process at the LAB.Recommend a backup strategy that meets the LAB standards and WADA requirements.Identify critical LAB data that requires backup.Gather requirements for backup frequency, retention policies, and Recovery Time Objectives (RTO).Suggest a comprehensive backup strategy, including on-site and off-site backups, cloud. storage solutions, and/or hybrid systems.Provide an assessment report and backup strategy recommendations.Preference will be given to consultants with experience in Anti-Doping Labs.Requirement Criteria: -Nos: - 1Experience Certificate is required: - 5+ Years of Experience in Anti-Doping LabsProject Duration: - 3 to 6 MonthsSite visit RequiredPlease share Companies Classification Certificate and CR certificate along with QuotationAcknowledgement Of This EnquiryYou are required to acknowledge and confirm your intention to submit the proposal via official email within 1 calendar day from the date of this enquiry.Submission Of ProposalYou are requested to submit your commercial and technical proposal via official email which must be received on or before 23rd Sep 2024 before 12:00 PM.
