Jadeer is hiring on behalf of one of its clients, one of the multinational organizations in the KSA market.Job Title: ERP Functional Support Consultant (Microsoft Dynamics 365)Job Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.Reporting to: CTO.Job Summary:The Functional Support Consultant role involves working closely with users and stakeholders to understand finance, accounting, and operational processes, gather requirements, and design and configure solutions within ERP systems, specifically Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations and Supply Chain. The focus is on optimizing financial processes, configuring and customizing the ERP system, testing, data migration, user training and support, and documentation. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to ensure successful implementation and integration of the ERP system.Job Description:Requirements Gathering:Collaborate with users to understand their finance, accounting, and operational processes.Gather business requirements and identify areas for improvement or automation.Solution Design:Design and configure solutions within the finance and accounting modules of ERP systems to meet user's business requirements.Specifically, focus on Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations and Supply Chain.Financial Process Optimization:Analyze existing financial processes to identify inefficiencies.Propose optimized processes leveraging the capabilities of the ERP system.Configuration and Customization:Configure and customize the ERP system to align with user's finance and operational processes.Set up chart of accounts, define financial hierarchies, configure workflows, define approval processes, and create financial reports.System Testing:Develop and execute test plans to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the configured finance and accounting modules.Identify and resolve any issues or bugs that arise during testing.Data Migration:Collaborate with technical teams to migrate financial data from legacy systems to the ERP system.Ensure data integrity and accuracy during the migration process.Expertise in the Data Management Module is desired.Training and User Support:Provide training to end-users on finance and accounting modules of the ERP system.Support users by addressing their questions, troubleshooting issues, and providing guidance on system usage.Documentation:Document system configurations, processes, and user guides to facilitate knowledge transfer and ensure compliance with best practices.Collaboration:Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as technical consultants, project managers, and business stakeholders, to ensure successful implementation and integration of the ERP system.Design and Configuration:Design and configure D365 solutions based on client requirements, ensuring alignment with best practices and industry standards.Key Requirements:4-5 years of experience in gathering requirements, designing, configuring, and optimizing finance, accounting, supply chain, and operational modules within ERP systems (specifically Dynamics 365 Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations).Proficiency in configuring ERP systems, including charts of accounts, financial hierarchies, workflows, approval processes, and financial reporting.Strong skills in system testing, issue resolution, and ensuring data integrity during data migration.Ability to provide training and support to end-users on finance, accounting, supply chain, and operational modules.Excellent collaboration and documentation skills, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and integration.Experience in designing and configuring D365 solutions based on client requirements, adhering to industry standards.
