Jadeer is hiring on behalf of one of its clients, one of the multinational organizations in the KSA market.Job Title: ERP Technical Support Consultant (Microsoft Dynamics 365).Job Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.Reporting to: CTO.Job Summary:The Technical Support Consultant role involves providing technical support and expertise for Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) applications. The consultant will be responsible for tasks such as application customization, integration with other systems, and providing support for the D365 application lifecycle. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stay updated with the latest D365 features and best practices.Job Description:Application Navigation and Management:Efficiently navigate the D365 Application Object Tree (AOT) to locate and manage specific objects, properties, and relationships.Utilize D365 Lifecycle Services (LCS), a cloud-based platform, for managing the application lifecycle.Technical Proficiency:Demonstrate proficiency in Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) for identity and access management.Utilize Azure SQL Database, a managed cloud database service, for data storage and retrieval within the D365 environment.Develop and maintain X++ code to customize D365 applications, adhering to best practices for writing efficient and maintainable code.Customize and extend D365 applications using Visual Studio AOT, including creating custom tables, forms, reports, and classes.Integration:Integrate D365 with other systems and applications using web services (RESTful APIs, SOAP), data migration tools, and middleware platforms like Azure Logic Apps or Azure Service Bus.Power Platform Support and Development:Provide hands-on support and development expertise for Microsoft Power Platform applications integrated with D365.Stay Updated and Provide Recommendations:Stay abreast of the latest D365 features, updates, and best practices.Continuously evaluate the system and provide recommendations for enhancements and improvements to optimize performance and usability.Collaboration and Documentation:Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, understand business needs, and ensure successful project delivery.Document technical specifications, solution designs, and configuration details for future reference.Key Requirements:4-5 years of proven experience with the below skills:navigating the D365 application using the Application Object Tree (AOT).D365 Lifecycle Services (LCS) for managing the application lifecycle.X++ development, including knowledge of language syntax, data types, control structures, classes, methods, and best practices.Proficiency in Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) for identity and access management.Experience with Azure SQL Database, the managed cloud database service provided by Azure.Ability to customize and extend D365 applications using Visual Studio AOT, including creating custom tables, forms, reports, and classes.Experience in integrating D365 with other systems using integration technologies such as web services (RESTful APIs, SOAP), data migration tools, and middleware platforms like Azure Logic Apps or Azure Service Bus.Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform app support and development.Strong knowledge of the latest D365 features, updates, and best practices.Excellent collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Documentation skills to create technical specifications, solution designs, and configuration details.
