Job Description
Develop and implement of YASREF corporate Performance Management System and conduct regular performance reviews analysis to ensure that the organization goals/KPIs are properly monitored and reported. Initiate the implementation of training programs and plans and supervise implementation within budget and resources. Participate in preparing, monitoring and supervising expenditure of departmental training budget.
