Job Description
- Responsible for tracking of job orders
- Responsible for the listing of promos
- First level Customer/ supplier interface with regards to negotiations on marketing spends Solves basic customer problems within prescribed guidelines
- Ensuring Customer/ supplier satisfaction
- Provides operational support to assigned trade marketing Supervisor
- Contribute towards developing Customer loyalty and principal retention programs.
- Communicate observations to Supervisors on:
- Marketing spends
- Investment plan by customer
- Identifies needs and improvement opportunities
- Provides recommendation of innovative solutions to next level in order to facilitate change or improvement at a process level, such as
- Consumer promotions
- Promo packaging
- Works towards achieving own set objectives
- Directly responsible for the unit top line budget achievement
Job Requirements
Skills
Bachelor's degree in business management / marketing
Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing & Sales Management
Minimum of 2 years background on FMCG Business is preferred but not required.
Knowledgeable in MS Office Suite (Excel, PPT, Word)
