Sr Finance Manager

Join the industry leader to design the next generation of breakthroughsBAP Leader - BA METAThis position will lead BAP (FP&A) activities across the META region for the HBT business with revenues of >$500M. The role will be responsible for pacing, forecasting, reporting and analyzing the financials across the region coordinating with the business finance and operating leadership. The role will be managing key financials MOS’s in the region and partner closely with the CFO and VP GM with financial insights. The role will be responsible for the annual operating plan (AOP), strategic plan (STRAP), monthly pulse’s among other key activities.Key Responsibilities Leads business forecasting cycles including AOP (Annual planning), SRO (Short range Outlook) and the Quarterly/Monthly pulse mechanisms. Supports the STRAP (strategic multi-year planning) efforts in close coordination with Marketing and commercial teams Connect available market and internal data to provide insights on business trends and financial projections Provides input to the business to evaluate investments and returns within the planning process Creates a analytic baseline for the business leveraging external and internal data on the financial performance of the business. Coordinates with the business finance leaders on Margin and cost trends providing insightful analysis on areas of focus. Works closely with the Global FP&A teams to understand global drives of business connecting them to regional financials Supports the corporate functions on costs analysis and budget approvals. Leads all reporting for the HGR (High Growth regions),Global and regional requirements. Owns the system required for reporting the business financials Liaises with the global and regional teams on all leadership presentations for the VP GM & CFO Drives leadership in creating a world class FP&A function with connected operating rhythms. Creating a database of financial analytics which supports the business leadership with insights on decision making Visible financial leadership along with the CFO driving growth and business performance.Qualifications&Skills Professionally qualified with 7 -10+ years of experience including post qualification experience Excellent analytical skills experience with Project Accounting strongly preferred Strong leadership, mentoring and people management skill Comfortable working in a high pressure environment and to tight deadlines Strong work ethic with hands on approach Proven organizational and time management skills Strong communication skills and ability to relate to people at all levels of the organization Ability to drive process improvements in a global environment Ability to communicate financial data to non-financial people Self motivated, flexible and results oriented PC literate – SAP / HFM knowledge preferredIf this is your dream role, then we'd love to hear from you!
