We believe in fostering strong relationships with our clients and partners, and we strive to exceed expectations with every project we undertake.Job Profile:As the Facilities Management Director, you will be a vital part of our Senior Leadership Team (SLT), contributing to our growth agenda. Reporting directly to the Initial CEO, you will have overall accountability for Facilities Management Services providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring operational excellence across our client portfolio.You will lead a team of Regional & Strategic Account Managers, overseeing client and contractual relationships in a commercial manner while ensuring compliance with our company policies, values, and standards.Your responsibilities will include reviewing business performance, delivering key performance indicators (KPIs) within budget, and demonstrating commercial value as part of the leadership team. You will also cultivate strong cross-functional relationships and lead by example with energy, drive, and passion to create a winning culture.Key Responsibilities:•Collaborate with the SLT to develop and deliver our long-term strategic plan and achieve country-specific KPIs.•Lead and drive a growth and retention strategy for new and existing business by developing long-term client relationships.•Work with the sales team to develop financially sound bids that meet client commitments and KPIs.•Cultivate strategic matrix client relationships beyond day-to-day points of contact for all accounts.•Lead Regional & Strategic Account Managers in achieving financial targets and delivering earnings before interest and taxes (EBIT) across the client base.•Implement senior client review process to identify additional sales opportunities.•Develop and implement strategies to attract, develop, and retain key talent to meet business requirements and foster a positive and open culture.•Continually develop, implement, and monitor activities to enhance team development, engagement, and retention.•Communicate strategy to the team and ensure that improvements are implemented to maximize performance and customer satisfaction.•Foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders, providing operational insight alongside strategic plans to grow EBIT and deliver customer satisfaction.•Collaborate with central functions to enhance existing service offers and drive service initiatives for your team and clients.•Review, implement, and act upon client and employee feedback surveys.•Challenge and continuously review operational processes to drive improvements and best practices.•Adapt team structures to meet client needs and build cross-sector and cross-functional relationships to enhance business efficiencies.•Prioritize health and safety, ensuring compliance with relevant QHSE procedures.•Monitor and review QHSE incidents and implement corrective and preventative actions across all sites under your control.Individual Profile:•Minimum 10 years of experience in senior leadership roles.+•Minimum 5 years of experience in Middle East roles.+•BSc in Management or equivalent third-level qualification.•Proven ability to lead large teams, including senior operations managers.•Positive leadership behaviors that drive inclusion and cultural change.•Ability to cultivate strong and lasting client relationships that withstand change.•Track record of delivering financial KPIs consistently.•Adaptable to a fluctuating and fast-moving environment.•Strong self-awareness and willingness to adapt as required.•Creates a sense of fun and a can-do attitude among the team.
