The role involves daily management of multiple social media accounts across platforms like YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Twitter, and Threads, ensuring consistent and compelling content delivery. You will also analyze performance metrics, stay updated on social media trends, and collaborate with the creative team to optimize strategies.Responsibilities (including, but not limited to)Key Responsibilities:Manage and post content daily across various social media platforms.Engage with the online community, monitor brand mentions, and build a strong social presence.Work closely with the creative team to develop and execute content strategies.Analyze social media performance and provide insights to improve engagement and reach.Stay informed on the latest social media trends and best practices.Additional Tasks:Assist with PR efforts, manage newsletters, update websites, and upload podcasts.Research show-related topics and contribute to improving viewer experience.Content Creation:Develop, edit, and publish content across platforms including YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Twitter, and META (Facebook, Instagram, Threads).Produce compelling and engaging content to drive traffic, enhance brand identity, and boost awareness and engagement.Manage content calendars to ensure timely and consistent content delivery across all social media platforms.Ensure all content and designs adhere to the company’s branding guidelines, maintaining a cohesive look while seeking opportunities for brand modernization.Craft well-structured social media captions, articles, and drafts.Perform quality control checks on all content.Reporting & Analytics:Analyze social media performance using analytics tools, refining strategies to improve reach, engagement, and conversions.Extract insights from content, campaigns, and industry trends to maintain and scale brand outreach.Prepare and present marketing performance reports for both internal and client projects.Track and evaluate social media metrics, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies across all channels.Compile monthly social media reports to monitor progress and inform future actions.ResearchResearching show-related topics Team Collaboration:Partner with both in-house and external creative teams to develop content across multiple platforms, from initial briefings to onsite shoots.Collaborate daily with the social media content team, coordinating efforts with production, business, and other key departments to ensure seamless execution.Professional Development:Stay informed on the latest social media trends, platform updates, technologies, and best practices to keep our strategies innovative and competitive.Offer strategic recommendations to management for enhancing viewer experience on social platforms and optimizing internal processes.
