We have over 33 million users worldwide, and our platform is available in over 140 countries around the world.With over 1500 employees worldwide, We have locations in the US, Cyprus, UK, Australia, Germany, and Israel, and we are constantly growing and expanding into new markets.We are constantly growing and are excited to share that we are looking for an experienced Risk Manager to join our team!What you'll be doing:As the Risk Manager you will own and execute strategies and policies for risk governance across the local business by developing, measuring, enhancing, and effectively implementing enterprise-wide risk management policy and frameworks.The Risk Manager is an Recognised Person authorised and Senior Manager of the Company as per the ADGM FSRA rules and regulations. You will be responsible for overseeing the risk management function at a local level and working with the global Risk Team to ensure coordination and alignment across our global business. You will be responsible for the implementation of the risk management policies, procedures, systems and controls as set by the Board.Provide support, advice and counsel to the Local Board, concerning risk management matters such as risk appetite, regulatory capital & implementation of the risk management strategy Development and implementation of risk management policies and toolsLead the annual Capital/Liquidity adequacy exercise and own any other regulatory capital reporting and managementMaintain and enhance the firm’s risk appetite framework and lead the annual risk appetite reviewDefine and conduct regular independent risk reviewsWork closely with the internal and external stakeholders as applicable and take a proactive role in identifying, reviewing and managing risk management issuesKeep abreast of current and future industry practices and developments and translate their relevance to the CompanyConsider the use of enhanced data analytics and technology solutions to empower the function through enhanced or automated supervisionRequirements3+ years experience in risk management, ideally with an FSRA or DFSA regulated entity.Experience in the regulated financial services industry as a risk manager/officer or as a consultant exposed to capital adequacy requirements and risk managementKnowledge of risk management regulation with an understanding of capital adequacyAbility to multitask and operate in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of SQL and Python is not a must but will be considered an advantage.BenefitsCompetitive salary plus bonus eToro trading accountFun and vibrant working environmentWellbeing gifts and merchandise This role will be based in our ADGM office & candidates must have full working rights in the UAE.
