Roles and ResponsibilitiesReviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.Value completed work, oversee bills and arrange payments.Checking and evaluation of Subcontractor’s variations and claims.Identify deficiencies in tender/contract documents.Preparation of project variations & claims.Prepare RFQ packages before send RFQ to supplier and subcontractors to make quotations.Checking and evaluation of Subcontractor’s variations and claims.Provide advice on contractual claims and disputes.Make Technical Queries for any missing information (conflict and clarification) in documents or drawing.Make excel quantity break down for all items at BOQ.QualificationBachelor’s degree in mechanical engineer.Minimum 9 years’ experience.Excellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in MS OfficeIn-depth understanding of construction, materials, pricing, and industryStrong analytical and critical thinking skillsExcellent negotiating skills.Strong aptitude for numbers, spreadsheets, and
