We embrace diversity by valuing the uniqueness of each individual and being committed to equal opportunities for all.ROLE PURPOSE Deliver the Brand, Shopper & Customer centric POSM in-store strategy that brings competitive advantage in on-shelf visibility and execution across Middle East and Northern Africa and achieve company business targets.Main AccountabilitiesDevelop and execute the points of sale POSM strategy for NIVEA brands in the different sales channels/ retail environments.Drive consistency in in-store execution by developing and supporting communication tools and processes in line with brand and categories strategic priorities and positive impact for business. POSM Management Set standards and drive consistently of in store visibility on primary and secondary shelf, developing plans and guidance for responsible markets. Transform brand ideas and visuals into POSM and VAP solutions, driving the creation of compelling POSM and VAP growth drivers in-store. Lead preparation of the right POS materials within planned brand activities to win shoppers in different formats & sales channels. Drive regional agenda within VAP & POSM area. Work closely with cross-functional team and agencies to build best in class execution practices. Lead annual regional POSM Plan execution and evaluate efficiency across the region. Lead merchandising principles and planograms update for the primary and secondary shelf. Managing sales fundamentals tools & materials delivery Develop content update of Sales field force and materials that drives sales capabilities and best in class execution. Coordinate job of the agencies to support digital field force communication tool.
