We are curious, creative, and positive.The OpportunityOur Saudi team is looking for a Business Development Associate (BDA) to help identify needs for language training in some of Saudi Arabia’s biggest companies. A successful candidate is self-motivated, has a nothing is impossible mindset and is eager to build a career in a rapidly growing and innovative education company.Key ResponsibilitiesProspect new clients and gather valuable market intelligenceMake outbound calls to senior executives to meet sales and meeting goalsPartner with Account Managers to create customized plans for sales territories, supporting the sales cycle and driving urgencyCollaborate with internal teams and colleagues around the world to drive the sales process Track all activities in Salesforce and ensure contact information is up to dateRecruit clients to webinars and eventsThe Skills & Experience We Look For2 years B2B business development experienceStrong relational skills and influencing skillsExceptional communication skillsMastery of Arabic language and intermediate-level EnglishExperience working in education and/or with HR stakeholders is a plusKnowledge of Salesforce is a plusPassion for learning, both for yourself and, on a bigger scale, for organizationWhat We OfferRegular opportunities for personal and professional developmentHealth insurance.Opportunity to join annual global sales conference.
