Launched in 2021 we have grown rapidly, leveraging decades of experience in technology, financial services and global real estate, to launch the MENA region’s first mobile app for fractional real estate investing.This is just the beginning and we’re currently searching for highly talented individuals to join and help lead our expansion into international markets and new business linesThe Finance TeamNavigating the Numbers: Our Finance team dive deep into data, strategising every dollar to fuel growth and maximise our returnsWe are seeking a Finance Operations Lead to manage financial operations across our property portfolio and group operating companies.????What You’ll DoThe role requires expertise in accounting, reconciliations, payments, compliance, and controls, along with strong leadership to guide a small team. You will be responsible for ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across 400+ SPVs and OpCos.This is a hands-on role hence your responsibilities will include:Financial Operations and AccountingManage end-to-end accounting for OpCos and SPVsOversee bank reconciliations and payment vs. invoice matchingSupervise inter-company transactions and reimbursementsMaintain property-level cash flow, expense, and distribution recordsCompliance and ReportingPrepare and file VAT and Corporate Tax returns per UAE regulationsManage DEWS contributions and ensure DIFC complianceSupport audits with reconciliations and documentationEnsure adherence to financial policies and controlsPayments and ControlsOversee all payments (vendors, property expenses, customer payouts)Implement approval workflows and strengthen financial controlsMonitor cash positions and liquidity across entitiesStakeholder ManagementRespond to customer queries on payments and reconciliationsCollaborate with internal teams (operations, real estate, marketing)Act as key contact for banks and financial partnersTeam and ProjectsLead and mentor a team of 2, driving accuracy and efficiencyDeliver finance projects including automation and system improvementsEnhance processes to support scalability and growth???? What We’re Looking ForBachelor’s in Accounting/Finance; CPA/ACCA/CA preferred5–8 years in finance operations (FinTech, PropTech, Real Estate, or FS)Strong knowledge of accounting, reconciliations, VAT, and inter-company accountingProficient in ERP/accounting systems and Excel/Google SheetsProven leadership managing small teams and multiple prioritiesExcellent communication and problem-solving skills????
