We empower businesses to excel in the ever-evolving landscape of digital marketing through data- driven strategies and cutting-edge technology.Role OverviewWe are seeking a creative and strategic Senior Social Media Account Manager to lead and execute social media strategies and content for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media, a deep understanding of various platforms, and a knack for crafting engaging content that resonates with target audiences. We’re looking someone who enjoys a challenge and a fast paced ever changing environment as well as working on a variety of clients.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with client objectives and KPIs for owned and earned.Oversee and manage the client servicing teams, to create engaging and innovative content across multiple social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.), maintaining a consistent brand voice alongside our creative team.Alongside the client servicing team, manage day-to-day activities on social media channels, including content creation, posting schedules, and community engagement.Collaborate with internal teams to integrate social media strategies with broader marketing campaigns.Monitor social media trends, tools, and best practices to optimize content and drive audience engagement.Analyze social media performance metrics, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights for optimization.Manage clients day to day requests on content creation in parallel to the longer term client strategies.Find opportunities with clients where we can grow accounts and build out our offering for clients.Oversee monthly finances for clients on retainers and report into the Account Director weekly on financial tracking.Support the new business lead on pitches and client growth opportunitiesRequirementsBi-lingual (arabic speaking)Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 5+ years of experience managing social media platforms for brands or agencies.Proven track record of creating compelling social media content and driving engagement.Knowledge of various social media platforms, their audiences, and best practices.
