Department: Facility OperationsEmployment Type: Full TimeLocation: SudairDescriptionMain Purpose:Monitor Employee Activities and making sure the safety protocol are being implemented and executed by the employees.Key ResponsibilitiesSafety inspection for premises, equipment and workers. Assessing risk and possible safety hazards of all aspects of operationsCreate analytical reports of safety data.Order repairs for unsafe and/or damaged equipment. Focusing on prevention by keeping up with equipment maintenance and employee training.Present safety principles to staff in meetings or lecture-type training sessions. Participate in continuing education to update knowledge of health and safety protocols and techniques.Create safety plans that include suggested improvements to existing infrastructure and business processes.Share information, suggestions, and observations with project leadership to create consistency in safety standards throughout the facility team and the entire company.Meet company environment health and safety goals. Investigate causes of accidents and other unsafe conditions on the job site.Liaise with law enforcement and other investigators who are present at the time of a serious accident. Finding the best way to prevent future accidents.Review and report the staff's compliance with health and safety rules and recommend commendations or dismissal based on performance.Initiate and follow up with the competent authorities to get the required safety certifications. To ensure the availability of Personal Protective Equipment and safety signs (Caution signs)Ensure that the hazardous in the facility handled as per approved procedure to ensure all hazard materials have Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS)'Identify the hazard assessment in the facilityPerform any other task assigned by the Direct ManagerSkills, Knowledge And ExpertiseBachelor's Degree in Environmental Health and Safety or any related field.OSHA Level 1 (Practitioner) Valid CertificationMinimum 1 year experience in the same field
